Focus Eyewear — Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Focus Eyewear. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, our Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items that are non-prescription and non-customized, provided they are unused and in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
If your purchase is prescription eyewear or eyewear customized to your specifications (e.g., custom lenses, prescription adjustments), these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind once production has started.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some products are non-returnable. These include:
Prescription eyewear once lenses have been fitted or customized.
Customized or bespoke items (e.g., engraved frames, custom coatings).
Used products unless they are found to be faulty.
Items damaged by you after delivery (e.g., scratched lenses, bent frames).
3. Faults or Damages
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not matching your prescription:
Please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos or evidence of the fault or damage.
If confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) and verifying they meet the return conditions.
The cost of the original shipping is not refundable, unless we sent the incorrect item or the product is faulty.
5. Return/Exchange Shipping
For returns due to change of mind, return shipping is your responsibility.
Use a tracked or insured shipping method; Focus Eyewear cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
If the product is faulty or we made an error, we will cover return shipping costs and any necessary replacement delivery.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for non-prescription, non-customized products and must be unused and in original condition.
To request an exchange, contact our customer service first with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
7. How to Return
Contact us at info@focus-eyewear.com with your name, order number, reason for return, and whether you want a refund or exchange.
We will send you a return authorization and instructions.
Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Ship the package to the return address provided.
8. Restocking/Processing Fees
If multiple items are returned or you request many returns in a single order, a small restocking or processing fee may apply. We will clearly inform you of this in the return authorization.
9. Refund Eligibility & Inspection
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure condition and eligibility requirements are met.
If the item does not meet the return conditions (e.g., damage beyond what was disclosed, missing parts, signs of wear), we may reject the refund or offer partial refund or repair.
10. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where local laws provide greater protection (for example, longer return periods or requirements for customized items), we’ll respect those.
